Using LaunchCard

By accessing or using LaunchCard, you agree to use the product only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, or connected infrastructure.

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, or export through the editor, including confirming that you have the rights to logos, images, text, and branding assets you use.

Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized resale, attempts to bypass plan limits, or behavior that creates security or legal risk.

Pricing and payments

Paid features and export limits are described in the product and may change over time. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize the listed payment processor to charge the applicable amount.

Any promotional pricing or refund handling are subject to the terms presented during checkout and the policies of the payment provider processing the transaction.

Intellectual property

LaunchCard retains all rights in the software, branding, templates, site design, and related product assets, except for content that belongs to users or third parties.

Subject to your plan and these terms, you may use exported cards for your own product, marketing, and social distribution. You may not resell the app, copy template libraries at scale, or reverse engineer the service except where law clearly permits it.

Availability and disclaimers

LaunchCard is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every workflow or compliance requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchCard disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchCard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to LaunchCard will be limited to the amount you paid to LaunchCard for the relevant paid feature during the twelve months before the claim arose.
