Your LaunchCard data should be handled with restraint.

LaunchCard collects the information needed to operate the product, including account details you submit when signing up, billing details required to process payments, and the content you enter into the card editor.

We may also collect technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address, and usage events that help us secure the service, diagnose issues, and understand feature adoption.

We use your information to provide the editor, save account state, process purchases, enforce plan limits, and deliver product updates related to your access.

Usage and diagnostic data may be used to improve performance, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and make product decisions about templates, billing, and export flows.

Payments are handled by third-party providers integrated into LaunchCard. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Those providers may collect and process billing information under their own terms and privacy policies in order to complete transactions, manage refunds, and meet legal obligations.

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements.

If you stop using LaunchCard, some records may remain in backups, logs, or billing systems for a limited period where retention is required for security, accounting, or compliance reasons.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure, analytics, storage, authentication, and payment vendors strictly as needed to run LaunchCard.

You can control some information directly inside the app by editing or removing card content, changing account details, or discontinuing use of the service.
